The LaNd HaRmOny wAy 409

I can't remember when is the first time we saw that piece of land. If i'm not mistaken i think is ard Aug/Sept'07.

I remembered during that time, we were browsing and driving thru to lot of lands which most of it are quite disappointed after viewing. We were looking at those within our budget but unfortunately most of it were REAR blocks. sigh...

After the consultation with our "desired" builder, he advised us not to go for Rear Block which it will consume more time in building although price of the land is much cheaper. Argh.. After 2 weeks of searching, He has decided to put an offer on "tat block of land". We drove to the area over and over again just to make sure we have made a right choice. :)

It is a hard desicion for us because it's such a big commitment. The "Accountant" keep calculate our living expenses, etcs to find out if we were able to SURVIVE after that. >_<

3. Meet the Broker

4. Choose your Plan

5. Application for Loan

and goes on continuosly ....

All these are just the Initial Steps. More headaches later... update more on this and house plans..*i knw its a boring blog but ya.. i will be more creative for the coming entry.. ^winks^ Stay Tune...
